How long has it been since you’ve felt like you?
G’Day, I’m Kat.
G’Day, I’m Kat.
I’m going to skip the bit where I tell you what I can “unlock” for you, because honestly, that’s not how this works and we both know it.
Here’s what’s true: I’m a coach, I’ve written a book, I host a podcast but before any of that, I’m just a person who spent a long time not being herself. Bulimia. Drug addiction. Chronic pain. Brain surgery. I didn’t read about hitting rock bottom, I lived there for a while.
If you’re on this page, something in you is already telling you the truth, that whatever you’ve built, however good it looks from the outside, doesn’t feel like you from the inside. Maybe you can’t even name what’s off. You just know something is.
I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken. I’m here because I found my way back to myself the hard way, and I’d rather walk you there the easier way, if you’ll let me.
That’s the whole pitch. No unlocking, no upgrading, no “best life.” Just you, coming back to who you actually are.
Take the path back home to yourself
Your mind has had one job for most of your life: keep things familiar. Not good, not true, familiar. That’s it. That’s what it’s optimising for.
So it pulls you back to the old patterns even when they’re wrecking you. Has you grinding through your days instead of actually living them. Has you handing your energy out to everyone and everything except the one thing that’s actually yours, your own truth. It’s not malicious. It’s just doing an old job badly, in a life that’s outgrown it.
Here’s what I do: I help you come back.
If you’re tired of grinding and ready to just be you, actually relaxed in your own skin, I’m here.
What we can do together.
Authentic – Coming Home to Your True Self
Authentic – Coming Home to Your True Self
I wrote a book because I kept having the same conversation, over and over, with different people, all asking a version of the same question: how do I get back to actually being me?
So I wrote it down. Everything I’ve learned about losing yourself and finding your way back; the real stuff, not the Instagram-caption version. If you’ve ever had that quiet, nagging feeling that you’re not quite living as the real you, this book is for that feeling.
